Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is coming to a close and, while we prepare for our festive Christmas season, we are recruiting for a Head of Park Operations to join our AWESOME Team!
As the Head of Park Operations at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort you will take overall accountability for the day-to-day operation of the theme park, including all rides, attractions, retail offerings, admissions turnstiles, guest services, entertainment programming and car parks. This role is responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the parks operational readiness, guest satisfaction KPIs, ride efficiency, commercial strategies and, most importantly, compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety procedures and protocols.
As an inspirational leader you will guide and coach your team of managers to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring our rides are efficient and queue times are kept to a minimum, commercial units are well presented and in line with LEGO brand guidelines, with opportunities for revenue growth maximised to enhance the guest experience. You will actively seek to identify opportunities for operational excellence, utilising data, guest feedback and team insights to continuously improve and enhance both the guest journey and candidate experience.
Reporting into the Resort Operations and Experience Director, the Head of Park Operations plays a key role within the resorts emergency preparedness, leading rapid and effective incident responses, effectively managing future response planning, trend metrics and preventive measure implementation. You will work closely with the Health and Safety team to develop and deliver comprehensive training to the wider resort in accordance with Health and Safety procedures.
You will partner with stakeholders across the wider resort and overnight accommodations, along with Merlin partners from other sites and external contractors so naturally you will be an expert at stakeholder management, influencing others and building excellent relationships with colleagues of all levels, from your own front line team to the Merlin executive and senior leadership team.
About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Head of Park Operations to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
