We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to Merlin’s high standards of quality and safety. You will plan, coordinate, and execute all project activities while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Project Director, you will ensure every project aligns with Merlin’s brand values, operational goals, and governance requirements.

You will take ownership of project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and providing regular performance updates. You will coordinate cross-functional teams—including creative, technical, and operations—and manage third-party suppliers, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects to specification.

The role also involves identifying and mitigating project risks, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting budget development and forecasting, and ensuring smooth handovers to operational teams. You will champion collaboration, problem-solving, and strict adherence to health, safety, and sustainability principles across all project activities.

  • Proven experience delivering small to large-scale projects within defined timeframes and budgets.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers in complex project environments.

  • Familiarity with cost control, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

  • Experience in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to construction and attraction development.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and maintain strong attention to detail.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
