Role: Operations Associate 

 

Location: Chessington World of Adventures  

 

Hours: Working 5 out of 7 days with flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Support the Operations Specialist in maintaining and improving operational standards across the Resort. 

  • Conduct spot checks to ensure compliance with SOPs, CoSWPs, and Emergency Action Plans. 

  • Monitor operational standards and implement improvement initiatives. 

  • Facilitate and support training courses for frontline staff. 

  • Update training materials and assess staff performance during training and daily operations. 

  • Assist with Employee Relations processes and investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies. 

  • Document findings and support resolution of operational and staff-related issues. 

  • Act as a point of contact for escalated operational issues and contribute to action planning. 

  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Security policies. 

  • Report risks, incidents, and accidents promptly and accurately. 

  • Supporting with upcoming projects 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in operational management or systems coordination. 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Proficiency in system management tools and processes. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards. 

  • Are happy to work at heights
