Location: London, Arbor

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

The Brand Activation Planning Manager plays a central role in delivering high-quality brand activation across Merlin Entertainments’ global attraction brands. You will support the creation, coordination, and execution of campaigns, experiences, events, and branded activations, ensuring they are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.

In this role, you will manage workflow, project planning, and cross-team coordination within the Brand Specialism team. This includes organising incoming briefs, prioritising work, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication across internal teams, external agencies, and partners. You will help build seasonal calendars, campaign toolkits, experiential concepts, and partnership activations, and coordinate the production of activation assets, content packs, and creative materials.

You will collaborate closely with attraction brand teams, commercial, media, PR, digital, creative, partnerships, and insights teams, as well as external agencies and suppliers, to ensure smooth delivery and consistent brand execution. The role also involves gathering performance insights, supporting post-campaign reporting, contributing to best-practice playbooks, and helping maintain activation libraries and templates to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in brand activation, marketing, campaign delivery, experiential, partnerships, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, with strong workflow or project management skills.

  • Familiarity with creative development processes and working with agencies.

  • Experience within entertainment, leisure, FMCG, hospitality, retail, or multi-site brands is advantageous.

  • Comfortable using planning and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.

  • Strong communicator, confident and collaborative with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Creative and detail-driven, with a strong appreciation for brand storytelling and quality execution.
