Global Senior Brand Identity Manager

The Senior Brand Identity Manager responsible for shaping and elevating the visual identity of the Merlin Entertainments master brand and all attraction brands. You will design high-quality visual assets, evolve identity systems, produce guidelines and toolkits, and support day-to-day brand application across global touchpoints, translating brand principles into real-world applications across marketing, digital, retail, and guest experience channels.
You will lead the creation of layout systems, graphic devices, iconography, illustration styles, digital and social assets, environmental visuals, signage, wayfinding, communication templates, and campaign materials. You will develop and refine identity systems, maintain global asset libraries, and produce guidelines, playbooks, and toolkits to ensure consistency and accessibility. Acting as a senior brand guardian, you will review creative work, conduct audits, advise internal teams, and guide external agencies and vendors to ensure design quality, compliance, and scalability across all touchpoints.
The role requires close collaboration with Growth, creative, content, and design teams to deliver coherent, high-quality brand experiences. You will stay informed on design trends and tools, advocate for accessibility and inclusivity, and drive continuous innovation across visual identity outputs.

7+ years’ experience in brand identity design or design system development for major consumer, entertainment, leisure, or multi-brand organisations.
A strong portfolio demonstrating identity system creation, digital and physical brand application, environmental/wayfinding examples (advantageous), and guidelines/toolkit development.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); experience with Figma, After Effects/motion, or 3D/visualisation tools is a plus.
Experience working with large, complex, multi-market or multi-brand organisations is advantageous.
Strong communication skills for presenting design work and guiding non-design stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities across teams and markets.
