Global Senior Brand Partnerships Manager

The Senior Brand Partnership Manager is responsible for shaping how our brand comes to life—creating standout experiences and forging high-value partnerships that elevate relevance, deepen guest engagement, and grow brand equity.
In this hybrid strategic-creative role, you will identify, secure, and manage impactful brand collaborations that amplify our brands and enhance our brand story. You will lead the full partnership lifecycle, from opportunity mapping and prospecting through to pitching and long-term relationship management, ensuring each collaboration supports strategic priorities while balancing creative ambition with commercial rigor.
You will also oversee that partnerships deliver best-in-class brand experiences, working closely with Brand Activation, Creative, Marketing, PR, Operations, and external partners. Whether developing immersive in-attraction moments or culturally-led brand collaborations, you will ensure our experiences feel fresh, relevant, and unmistakably on-brand.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Extensive experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial marketing within entertainment, leisure, tourism, FMCG, media, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven track record securing and managing high-value partnerships and delivering large-scale activations.
Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.
Experience working with global brands in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience with IP-led brands, entertainment destinations, or themed environments is highly desirable.
