Senior Content Operations Manager

Location: London, Arbor

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

The Senior Content Operations Manager is responsible for the operational management of all content needs across Merlin Entertainments. This role ensures that content is delivered efficiently, to a high-quality standard, and in line with service-level agreements (SLAs), which the role will help define and refine.

You will oversee the planning, production, and delivery of content across Marketing—including Brand, Social Media, CRM, SEO, E-commerce (web/app), and PR—as well as design needs from other Merlin teams such as Attraction Operations and Corporate/Internal Communications.

Working closely with the Senior Content Design Manager, who leads creative design development, you will coordinate internal and external resources, optimise workflows, and ensure content operations run smoothly across multiple markets and disciplines. Both roles report directly to the VP Global Content.

  • Ability to translate creative concepts into operationally feasible plans.

  • Strong financial acumen, including budget and resourcing management.
