Calling all cool creators! Ready to lead the fun where every LEGO® adventure begins? We’ve got a bricktastic opportunity for an Admissions Supervisor at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester to take charge of our front of house and help create the most inspirational and outstanding first impressions for every guest who visits our attraction.
First and foremost, you’ll be passionate about welcoming fellow playmakers, setting the tone for an amazing day and bringing energy to every interaction. You’ll be leading from the front in our admissions area, managing ticketing operations, guest flow and queues, coordinating large groups and ensuring our front of house spaces are safe, slick and full of smiles. You’ll also champion the sale of tickets, annual passes, upgrades and other front of house products.
You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to support the smooth day to day running of the admissions department. This includes overseeing till and ticketing systems, cash handling and profit protection, jumping in to resolve guest complaints and removing any bricks in the way of a smooth operation. You’ll recruit, train and coach the admissions team, helping them build confidence in sales techniques, guest interaction and safe working practices to drive both revenue and brilliant guest experiences.
This role operates on a 7-day business, working any 5 days out of 7. This will include weekends and bank holidays as required. Flexibility is key as shift times and days will vary to meet business needs.
