We’re on the lookout for a Technical Manager, responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and performance of the Technical Department LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester.
This role oversees a team of Technicians to ensure the attraction operates to the highest standards of safety, reliability and presentation across all areas, including rides, cinema, displays, show systems, building fabric, facilities and equipment.
The Technical Manager will ensure all assets are maintained safely, effectively and in full compliance with statutory and company policies and procedures, driving a proactive maintenance culture that minimises downtime and maximises guest experience.
They will also manage maintenance and capital projects, including planning applications and lifecycle works, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
This is a full time, permanent role, working any 5 days out of 7. This will include weekends and bank holidays, with flexibility required to support a live Resort environment.
