First Aid Assistant Manager
Location: Thorpe Park Resort Staines Road Chertsey Surrey KT16 8PN
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 including weekends, bank holidays, early mornings and evenings on a rotational basis
Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid, £13.58 per hour
We are recruiting for a First Aid Assistant Manager to join our AWESOME First Aid Team!
The First Aid Assistant Manager will manage a small (but mighty!) team of first aiders, looking after the daily running of the First Aid Department at Thorpe Park Resort. The First Aid Department is in the heart of our theme park, so you will lead by example ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are adhered to, and our guests are receiving exceptional customer service from your team.
As the department duty manager you will be a first responder in the event of an incident, ensuring health and safety compliance at all times. The First Aid Assistant Manager will have both a guest and employee focussed approach to the running of the First Aid Centre, developing a motivated team and ensuring our guests feel welcomed and well cared for throughout their visit.
You will have exceptional attention to detail, keeping accurate and compliant document records, in alignment with wider Merlin health and safety and confidentiality policies. The First Aid Assistant Manager will be the department representative across the wider resort, so you will be confident in relationship building and stakeholder management, with a passion for ongoing training and development in alignment with legislation and in-house policies.
Please note, internally this role may be known as First Aid Supervisor.
