Do you want to work in the ultimate indoor LEGO® playground? Then we have a Bricktacular opportunity for you! We’re on the lookout for Guest Experience Hosts to help create the most inspirational and outstanding LEGO play experiences for our visitors.

A day out at a LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is like jumping into the world's biggest box of LEGO® bricks. And working in one is every bit as exciting! First and foremost, you’ll be working on the front-line across the Discovery Centre, assisting guests into the 4D theatre, hosting crowd warm-ups and ensuring everyone is safe and comfortable throughout the movie.  

As a Guest Experience Host you will have the opportunity to look after Birthday party groups, seeking new and innovative ways to make our guest visit unforgettable, with plenty of awesome LEGO memories to take away with them.

Our Guest Experience Hosts will be champions of delivering high quality guest interactions, knowledgeable about the LEGO brand (or willing to learn), and always seeking new ways to enhance our guest KPIs.  

• Experience working in a retail environment previously is advantageous
• Experience with guest services or previous customer facing work is desired
• Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
• Flexible to work around the operational calendar of the attraction (weekends, bank holidays)
