Our talent agents are scouting for an Admissions Supervisor to join our cast and help deliver a world class welcome at Madame Tussauds London. This is your chance to be the ringmaster of the front of house, setting the energy, driving sales and making sure every guest starts their ultimate fame experience with a smile.

You will do this by leading the daily operation of our Admissions team on site. You will manage guest flow, oversee queue lines and keep admissions systems running smoothly. You will drive cluster ticket sales and upsells with confidence, making sure targets are not just met but smashed. You will support Duty Manager cover when needed, act as a Fire Marshal and Duty First Aider, and keep communication flowing clearly across teams.

As the Admissions Supervisor, you will be the spark that keeps the team motivated, focused and guest obsessed. You will lead Admissions Hosts through clear direction, energetic briefings and hands on coaching. You will encourage fresh ideas and work closely with Guest Experience to keep service standards sky high. You will make sure every host feels confident, informed and ready to shine.

This is a permanent role, based on site, working 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential in this fast paced, guest facing environment where no two days are ever the same.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate and support a busy front of house team
• Strong background in customer facing operations, ideally within attractions, entertainment, hospitality or retail
• Confident driving sales, upsells and cluster ticket revenue with a visible sales mindset
• Experience using ticketing or admissions systems, including till operation and cash handling
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to brief teams and update stakeholders effectively
• Good judgement when managing guest flow, queue lines and shifting priorities
• Strong awareness of health and safety responsibilities, including emergency procedures
• Comfortable acting as Duty Manager cover, Fire Marshal and Duty First Aider when required
