We are recruiting for Presentation Host to join our AWESOME Cleaning Operations Team! Join the colourful, brick‑tastic world of LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham: the ultimate indoor LEGO® playground packed with rides, soft play, MINILAND, and creative LEGO‑themed experiences for families of all ages. We’re looking for an energetic and dedicated Presentation Host to help keep our attraction sparkling, safe, and welcoming for every guest who steps through our doors.
As a Presentation Host, you will be central to maintaining the exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards that make LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham such an exciting and immersive experience. You will ensure all toilet facilities are operational, clean, well‑stocked, and ready for the day, completing hourly checks to meet required standards. You’ll keep cleaning materials organised and notify management of any stock requirements in good time.
You will maintain fresh and hygienic baby‑changing areas, ensure the entrance and all areas within your remit remain litter‑free, and follow all attraction cleaning schedules and procedures. Adhering to COSHH guidelines and wearing the correct PPE is essential, ensuring all work is completed safely in compliance with health and safety procedures and legislation.
Alongside maintaining high presentation standards, you’ll help uphold LEGOLAND Discovery Centres’ commitment to excellent customer care by engaging politely with guests, helping with queries, and responding to guest feedback in a friendly, solution‑focused manner. You will promote high cleanliness standards to enhance our guest KPIs, communicate any health and safety concerns promptly, and maintain a clean uniform and name badge to represent the attraction professionally and as an ambassador for our iconic brand.
