
First Aid Team Leader
Location: Chessington World of Adventures, Surrey, KT9 2NE
Hours: Full time any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends and bank holidays)
Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid
We are recruiting for a First Aid Team Leader to join our ROAR-some First Aid Team!
In this role you will oversee the daily operations of the First Aid department, ensuring excellent care for guests and staff across the resort. You will lead, develop, and support the First Aid team, managing rotas, training, and performance to maintain high standards of service and safety.
Working closely with the Security and Incident Manager, you will ensure effective incident response, accurate reporting, and compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding procedures. The First Aid Team Leader will handle recruitment, inductions, and welfare support, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
In addition, you will manage departmental budgets responsibly, drive operational improvements, and act as Duty Manager on a rotational basis, providing strong leadership and coordination during resort operations.
