We’re on the lookout for a Guest Experience team Leader, someone who’s passionate, guest-focused and eager to dive into new challenges!
As a key player on the front line, you’ll welcome and interact with our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable visit. From managing lively queues to coordinating school groups and even helping run our special events and costume characters, no two days will be the same.
You’ll also be the right-hand to our Guest Experience Manager, leading morning briefs, supporting the team throughout the day and taking charge when issues arise. Whether it’s a guest complaint or an operational hiccup, you’ll be the one who keeps everything running smoothly.
In this 12-month, fixed-term role, you’ll work any 5 out of 7 days, including your fair share of weekends and bank holidays.
