Operations Associate

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time fully flexible, working any 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays

Contract Type: Maternity Cover, hourly paid, until summer 2027  

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2026 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Operations Associate to join our AWESOME Park Operations Team!

As an Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in keeping the resort running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. Working closely with Operations Specialists, you’ll help maintain high operational standards across all areas of the resort, ensuring both guest experience and safety remain front and centre.

You will be hands‑on in supporting operational excellence, from conducting spot checks and reviewing procedures, to helping implement improvements that make a real difference on the ground. The Operations Associate will be a visible presence across the resort, working with frontline teams to ensure standards are understood, embedded, and consistently delivered.

This role also gives you exposure to exciting areas such as new rides and attractions, training delivery, investigations, and waterpark operations. It’s a fantastic opportunity to build broad operational experience while contributing to compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across a complex, fast‑paced environment.

This is a fixed term, maternity cover contract, until Summer 2027.

• Experience in operations, compliance, or a related operational environment
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to review, maintain, and update operational documents and procedures
• Confident communicator, able to work collaboratively with frontline teams and stakeholders
• Experience supporting or delivering training and providing constructive feedback
• Good problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and support practical solutions
• Comfort working with data, reports, and operational documentation
• Flexible and adaptable approach, with openness to changing priorities and ad‑hoc tasks
• Awareness of health, safety, and compliance standards, or a willingness to learn
• A proactive, supportive mindset focused on continuous improvement and teamwork

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our AWESOME Park Operations team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
