We’re currently recruiting for an Admissions Supervisor to work across Shrek’s Adventure! London and the London Dungeon. Working across both landmark attractions you will be interacting with our guests either on their journey to Far, Far Away to find Shrek or on their way to Traitors Gate to have their heads chopped off! (just a little different ‘ey!).
Whilst leading a team of Admissions Hosts, you’ll be passionate about the safe operation and management of the attraction’s entrances, along with driving sales to improve cluster and premium ticket penetration. You will also ensure that all areas are kept in a clean and tidy manner throughout the day all whilst ensuring the team are always delivering elite customer service.
You’ll be responsible for the training and development of your team and will therefore embrace a passionate approach to guest care and actively encourage and support new and innovative ideas from your team.
This is a permanent role, contracted to 30 minimum guaranteed hours per week. Our attractions are open daily and so full availability is needed, including weekends, bank holidays and during peak seasons.
