O2C Associate
Location: The Merlin Finance Hub, Basingstoke (Chineham)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
As an O2C Associate, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process, ensuring timely billing, collections, and cash allocation while maintaining accurate customer ledgers. You will build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers, proactively monitoring accounts to ensure payments are received on time and resolving queries within agreed deadlines.
The role involves issuing billing documentation within strict timelines, reconciling accounts, addressing pricing discrepancies in collaboration with trade teams, and ensuring month-end deadlines are met. You will also focus on minimising bad debt, maintaining a positive ledger position, and contributing to onboarding clients into new ways of working as part of a project team, all while delivering excellent customer service.
This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.
