Are you ready for a new challenge in a HR team like no other?  Then we may have the role for you!

 

 

THORPE PARK Resort is currently recruiting for a fulltime Recruitment Officer!  You’ll be working within a small but hugely enthusiastic Human Resources team of 9, looking after our employees.  Reporting into and working closely with our Recruitment Manager, you’ll look primarily after our bulk seasonal recruitment, ensuring staffing levels are achieved to meet future growth.

 

Recruiting for a prolific range of departments, from Retail to Entertainments, from Waste Management to Rides; one thing is guaranteed, having a Theme Park as your office means no two days are ever the same!  As Recruitment Officer you’ll look after the end-to-end candidate journey, from advertising vacancies, to facilitating interviews, processing new starter paperwork and perhaps most importantly – building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, to ensure efficiency is maintained at all times.

 

Qualifications & Experience

 What is it we’re looking for in a successful candidate?

  • Experience in delivering bulk recruitment desirable
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to facilitate recruitment events
  • Competent using Outlook and Excel
  • Experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems; ICIMS, however not essential
  • You’ll be extremely organised with a key eye for detail; ensuing we deliver an exceptional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process

  • Salary is £26,000 - £27,783

 

This role is a full time role, averaging 40 hours per week.  Although this is largely a Monday-Friday role, due to the nature of the business this will include weekends, bank holidays and some late evenings as required.

Pay Range

Compensation between GBP £26,000.00/Yr.-GBP £27,783.00/Yr.
