Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a new challenge in a dynamic, fun-filled industry? We are seeking a highly motivated Order to Cash Associate to join our team! In this sales ledger role, you will play a crucial part in managing the full O2C process, including approving trade accounts, billing, cash allocation, and maintaining accurate ledgers with minimal overdue payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Proactively manage collections to maintain cash flow, ensuring timely payments and minimising overdue accounts.
• Ensure billing documents are accurately issued within strict deadlines to facilitate on-time payments.
• Resolve billing and pricing queries quickly, working closely with the trade team to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile ledgers, ensuring all accounts are up to date and in line with month-end deadlines.
• Minimise bad debt and ensure provisions for bad debt are accurate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or credit control roles (finance degree desirable).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a resilient and confident approach to handling collections and queries.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• A proactive team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
