Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for an Electrician to join our Facilities team!

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, infrastructure and facilities across the resort. Completing any electrical modifications, installations, test & inspections, in accordance with all current legislation and completing statuary compliance tasks as required.

You will provide an efficient time response to all maintenance issues, consisting of proactive, reactive, health & safety and emergency requests. You’ll bring your skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver the best possible experiences for our guests, with Health & Safety being our number 1 priority.

This is a full time role, working between the hours of 6:00am – 10:30pm on a rolling shift pattern.

• Up to date 18^th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent + AM2
• Post apprenticeship experience within a relevant building services or engineering environment
• Excellent communications skills
• Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems of work
• Be comfortable working in a customer facing environment
• A good working knowledge of related health, safety and legislation relating to facilities is highly beneficial
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Experience in electrical modifications, testing & inspections, remedial work and completing statuary compliance tasks
• Previous basic general trades experience(carpentry/plumbing)
