Alton Towers Resort is looking for a Talent Development and Engagement Coordinator to join our dynamic People team. In this exciting role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape careers, enhance engagement, and foster a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and belonging. You’ll play a key part in shaping the development journey for our colleagues, from induction to engagement, while promoting inclusion and belonging throughout their journey.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, deliver and manage logistics for engaging training programmes that align with our organisational goals and values.
  • Support the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives, collaborating with global Talent Development teams.
  • Assist in creation of our Resort engagement strategy, designing engagement initiatives and championing our internal communication platform.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through impactful engagement initiatives that build a more inclusive workplace.
  • Maintain accurate training, qualification and compliance records, and provide administrative support for our recognition schemes.

 

Qualifications & Experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Additional Considerations:

  • Role is based on-site.
  • Regular weekend and bank holiday working will be required.
  • May be required to work outside of normal working hours to support the business from time to time.

Pay Range

GBP £26,500.00/Yr.
