Retail Twilight Assistant

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time 5 shifts per week, shifts between 5pm – 4am, including weekends on a rotational basis

Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2025

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for Retail Twilight Assistants to join our AWESOME Retail Team!

Our Retail Twilight Assistants will be working in our iconic LEGO® Store at the top of the park, replenishing and dressing the store ready for the next day so we can provide our guests with a bagful of memories! You will be responsible for receiving the store delivery each night, checking it off against the order and ensuring all items are present and accounted for, before distributing the delivery out onto the shop floor.

Shop presentation is paramount; you will be dressing the store ensuring that your individual allocated sections are ready for the next day and all visual displays have the required amount of stock. You must have a keen eye for detail as our displays should be attractive to our guests, have an easy to navigate flow and opportunities for additional purchases should be key focus points

• A keen eye for detail and, of course, you will have prepped store displays previously
• Experience in dressing a store ready for opening
• Comfortable with heavy lifting
• Relevant travel arrangements to work unsociable hours as Retail Twilight Shifts are between 5pm – 4am
• Due to the contracted hours for this role we can only accept applications from candidates over the age of 18

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for Retail Twilight Assistant to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
