Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, covering hours that can be between 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2025
Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for Customer Services Assistants to join our AWESOME Guest Experience Team!
Our awesome Customer Services Assistants are responsible for ensuring efficient and appropriate responses to all guest feedback the Resort receives via phone, email, and online reviews. Our guests enjoy and appreciate sharing their feedback with us, and in turn the Customer Service Assistant can lead the way in representing the voice of the guest, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
You will maintain a high standard of written email responses to our guests, meet response time targets on all forms of guest contact and decide upon appropriate resolution and compensation when resolving guest feedback, always keeping in mind the Merlin company values and LEGOLAND brand.
