Ride Access Pass Assistant

Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, with rotational shifts covering hours between 9:00am – 7:00pm

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for Ride Access Pass Assistants to join our AWESOME Guest Experience Team!
Our Ride Access Pass team work closely with our guests requiring a ride access pass, both upon receipt of their application prior to their visit and again on the day of issue. You’ll become an expert in all things Ride Access so that you’re well equipped to answer guest queries and help them maximise their day.
A Ride Access Pass is a virtual queuing system designed to make reasonable adjustments to assist guests who have a physical disability or medical condition that prevents them standing for extended periods of time, permanently non-ambulant guests and guests who do not understand the concept of queuing. Our guests must apply for a Ride Access Pass in advance of their visit, and you will support those guests through each step of their visit.
Naturally you’ll be approachable and have an empathetic demeanour, with the ability to clearly communicate with our guests, receive on the day feedback, and recover service when required.
