At Warwick Castle, we’re not just hosting weddings and events, we’re crafting unforgettable moments that go down in history. As our Wedding and Events Coordinator, you'll be the magic-maker, transforming our awe-inspiring venue into the backdrop for once-in-a-lifetime celebrations.

What you’ll do:

• Take the reins on planning and delivering fairy-tale weddings and captivating events, from the first "hello" to the final "happily ever after."
• Be the bridge between clients and our team, building strong relationships and keeping every detail on point.
• Ensure every event is as safe as it is spectacular, leading health and safety measures with confidence.
• Manage budgets and logistics with a sharp eye, ensuring every penny is well spent without missing a beat.
• Get stuck into promotional activities like wedding fairs and open days to keep Warwick Castle events top of the leader board.

This is a full-time, 10-month fixed-term position, working flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience in event planning or hospitality management – you know how to deliver under pressure.
• Communication skills to match our legendary backdrop – written, verbal, and everything in between.
• Calm, adaptable, and always ready to roll with the unexpected.
• A team player who thrives on collaboration and keeps everyone on track.
