Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator on a fixed term basis to join our People team!
Reporting into one of our Talent Acquisition Partners, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Seasonal Recruitment process for the Resort. Ensuring we attract and retain a diverse, talented, high calibre workforce, in a timely manner, in line with our Merlin standards and guidelines. You may even have the chance to get stuck into some lower-level Permanent recruitment, so the development opportunities are endless.
Heavily admin based you will get involved with everything from communicating with candidates, facilitating our Hiring Hub recruitment events and interviews to generating online contracts, conducting Right to Work and DBS checks and supporting with payroll and general office admin.
You will support with the management of our Recruitment social media channels, Instagram & Facebook, ensuring that engaging content is created and shared to showcase Chessington as an employer of choice.
You will help to operate an open-door policy within the People Team, providing generalist support & advice both on the telephone & face to face to our varied workforce. Unlike other HR roles, you’ll be able to see the impact you’re making across the Resort right before your eyes.
This role is fixed term until 31st December 2025, working up to 40 hours per week which will include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Working hours are negotiable.
