Join Our Transformation Journey as a People Data Analyst
Are you detail-driven, curious, and ready to make an impact? This is a fantastic entry-to-mid-level opportunity (ideal for someone with around 2–3 years’ experience) to be part of our ambitious Transformation Programme. In this project role, you’ll be at the heart of how we use data to drive organisational change — from gathering and maintaining accurate information, to turning numbers into insights that guide decisions.
You’ll work closely with People Business Partners, managers, and the programme delivery team, becoming a trusted go-to person for all things data handling, analysis, process improvement, and reporting.
This is a 9 month fixed term contract.
What You’ll Be Doing
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong working relationships with colleagues across departments.
Understand their data needs, gather information, and answer questions about data collection and tracking.
Data Mastery:
Keep our Excel tracker in top shape — accurate, up-to-date, and ready to use.
Regularly check and clean the data to maintain its integrity.
Tracker Champion:
Become the team’s Excel tracker expert, ensuring it’s efficient, user-friendly, and set up for success.
Provide guidance to colleagues on how to get the most from it.
Reporting & Insights:
Help stakeholders interpret data, create clear reports, and spot trends or discrepancies.
Collaboration:
Partner with teams to streamline data collection, improve reporting formats, and resolve any process or system challenges.
Process Improvement:
Suggest practical ways to make our data collection and tracking processes smoother and more effective.
