We’re on the lookout for a Guest Experience Administrator to join our team at the London Dungeon and Shrek’s Adventure! London to be the voice of the guests, focused and passionate about delivering a world class guest experience.
Who wouldn’t want to work where one day you experience being part of a fairy-tale alongside exploring London’s murky past?
This is a fundamental role within the attraction, and you’ll be assisting the Guest Experience Manager in promoting a positive customer service culture, both on the floor as well as by email and social media.
You’ll be a role model when dealing with guest feedback and will answer all communications via e-mail and social media channels, actively working to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
As well as monitoring customer service through a mystery shop process and feeding back to relevant department managers, you will also be delivering praise to the teams to recognise their hard work. You will then use all that information to compose KPI reports and through analysis will create an action plan to deliver results.
This position is permanent, based upon working full time hours. Due to our attractions being open every day, you may need to work weekends and bank holidays when required by the business.
