We have an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Strategy Associate, where you will become an integral part of shaping the future of our global entertainment empire. You'll be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, working closely with senior team members to analyse market trends, develop insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior team members to synthesise data and develop actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will assist in crafting business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, ensuring thorough analysis of key drivers and risks.

You will provide essential support in planning, executing, and managing strategic projects, including conducting research and gathering data. You'll drive organisational change by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and consensus building around strategic initiatives. Moreover, you will contribute innovative ideas for enhancing strategic frameworks and processes, identifying opportunities for organisational excellence.

• Recent graduate in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Experience within a consultancy firm is advantageous.
• Exposure to strategic planning, business analysis, or project management preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of statistical software is a plus.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and a proactive mindset towards contributing to strategic initiatives.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
