You'll collaborate with key teams, oversee global stock movements, lead supply chain strategies, and work closely with our 3PL partners to optimise logistics. With a focus on inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and cost efficiency, you’ll help create unforgettable guest experiences while ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.

🚀 What you'll do:
✔ Develop and execute global supply chain strategies for our retail business
✔ Oversee stock management, logistics, and compliance with international trade standards
✔ Manage vendor and 3PL relationships, ensuring optimal costs and delivery performance
✔ Lead and mentor the Supply Chain team, driving efficiency and innovation

• 5+ years in a senior supply chain/logistics role within retail

• Strong 3PL management and inventory control experience

• Proven track record in global sourcing, shipping, and compliance

• Skilled in sales data analysis to optimise supply chain strategies

• Project management expertise with a focus on efficiency & cost control

• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

• Commercial awareness and budget control experience

• Leadership & team development capabilities

• Advanced Excel and stock management systems proficiency

• Understanding of international shipping regulations & compliance
