Employee Relations Administrator
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 
Contract Type: Permanent, variable hours (£13 per hour)
 
 
Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Employee Relations Administrator to join our AWESOME Resort Operations Team!
 
 
Our Employee Relations Administrator (known internally as Performance Lead) will support our Resource and Planning team with all relevant administration relating to our employees, including training facilitation & assessments, formal employee relations meeting facilitation, spot checks, safety compliance reporting and data capture / trend analysis. 
 
 
The Employee Relations Administrator will have the opportunity to work closely with our front-line team members, coaching, influencing and driving exceptional guest interactions and fostering an inclusive workplace environment. You will actively address employee relations issues in the moment, formalising processes appropriately and sensitively holding meetings with diligent note taking and data capture alongside our onsite People Advisors. 
 
 
As an Employee Relations Administrator (known internally as Performance Lead) you will also have the opportunity to influence our new starter journey, working closely with our training team to facilitate, update and promote our induction content in alignment with operational standards and health & safety procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Confident to facilitate formal Employee Relations meetings, both as note taker and fact finding representative
• Experience with employee relations, HR processes or administration is essential
• Familiar with absence management 
• High attention to detail and organisation skills, with experience in recording data accurately and in a timely manner
• Confident to facilitate new starter inductions for large groups (upwards of 30 people)

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for an Employee Relations Administrator to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
