Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, usually Monday-Friday
Contract Type: 1-year fixed term contract, parental cover
Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our AWESOME Marketing Team!
As the Marketing Manager at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, you will support the development and implementation of innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns and activations that drive guest attendance, to achieve revenue targets and continuously enhance the guest experience whilst maximizing marketing ROI.
As part of our Merlin Global Marketing function you will work collaboratively with your network of teammates to deliver a clear and aligned marketing strategy that will engage and inspire our guests, and work in partnership with the brand standards and messaging of the beloved LEGO brand.
The Marketing Manager will lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, traditional media, and experiential marketing, be responsible for creating marketing collateral and work closely with internal teams at LEGOLAND Windsor to ensure campaigns are implemented within relevant activation timeframes and, of course, within budget parameters.
As an experienced Marketing Manager you will be well versed in the understanding of guest behaviours, market trends and the importance of growing digital traffic, engagement and conversion, using data driven insights to inform your recommendations for continuous improvement.
