People Administrator

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week including weekends & bank holidays as required

Contract Type: 9 Month FTC

 

 

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a People Administrator to join our AWESOME People & Recruitment Team!

 

As the People Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries through the HR central inbox, face to face or telephone. You will support the People Team with day-to-day delivery of HR activities including but not limited to, employment references, benefits administration, leaver processes and recruitment.

 

The People Administrator will be responsible for ensuring our case management email system is maintained and any cases escalated appropriately. Working sensitively and with discretion, the People Administrator will work in partnership with the People Advisors to support line managers with employee relation matters.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Confident in using Microsoft Office Packages
  • Excellent Administration skills
  • Attention to detail

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a People Administrator to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
