Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Guest Experience Executive to join our Operations team!
In this essential role, you’ll play a crucial part in raising the bar for service standards and ensuring operational excellence throughout the Resort. You’ll be the key point of contact between on-site operations and the Global Contact Centre, ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every guest.
With a focus on empathy and professionalism, you'll handle escalated feedback and support guests with additional needs. You’ll also work closely with various Resort departments, ensuring that guest feedback is effectively shared and acted upon, transforming challenges into opportunities to deliver exceptional experiences.
