Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Guest Experience Executive to join our Operations team!

In this essential role, you’ll play a crucial part in raising the bar for service standards and ensuring operational excellence throughout the Resort. You’ll be the key point of contact between on-site operations and the Global Contact Centre, ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every guest.

With a focus on empathy and professionalism, you'll handle escalated feedback and support guests with additional needs. You’ll also work closely with various Resort departments, ensuring that guest feedback is effectively shared and acted upon, transforming challenges into opportunities to deliver exceptional experiences.

• Experience in a customer service, guest relations, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and identify trends and though collaborative working deliver solutions.
• Can demonstrate strong leadership skills to positively influence and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and guest feedback mechanisms is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Accesso is preferred but not essential.
