Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor, on a fixed term basis, to join our People team and assist the delivery of a positive and compliant working environment across the Resort.
This Advisory role will provide guidance and support on all aspects of employee relations, with a real focus on supporting investigations and assisting with the coaching of effective ER casework for frontline staff, ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
Reporting directly to the People Business Partners, this position will act as a key liaison for any operational or staff-related tasks and will ensure operational standards are driven and maintained.
This is a key role that contributes to fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing management capability, and supporting the Resort's strategic objectives through effective people management.
This role is fixed term until 31st December 2025, working up to 40 hours per week which will include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Working hours are negotiable.
