We’re on the lookout for a commercially savvy, strategically minded, and guest-obsessed Hotel Revenue Manager to join our team on an 8-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. This exciting opportunity can be based at our vibrant London Head Office or right at the heart of the magic at Alton Towers Resort.

From enchanted stays in our themed hotel rooms to unforgettable short breaks that bring families closer together, our accommodation offering is a vital part of the Alton Towers Resort experience. As Hotel Revenue Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring we not only meet but exceed our ambitious occupancy and revenue targets — all while delivering incredible value and memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting into the UK Revenue Management Director, and working in close partnership with our Merlin Short Breaks team and the Alton Towers Hotel teams, you’ll be the strategic lead for all things revenue across our accommodation offering. You’ll:

  • Deliver and outperform budgeted occupancy and total revenue targets across all hotel products and channels.

  • Shape and lead revenue and pricing strategies across all streams – from rooms to packages and ancillary offers.

  • Use data-driven insights to make accurate forecasts and recommend tactical actions to optimise performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Short Breaks and Corporate Sales to drive total revenue.

  • Play a key role in implementing a new Revenue Management System (RMS) and embed best-practice processes.

Qualifications & Experience

You’ll be a passionate revenue professional with a sharp analytical mind, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you’ll also bring:

  • Experience in a Revenue Management role within the hospitality sector.

  • Knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera), RMS (EZRMS) and channel management tools.

  • Advanced Excel skills and a knack for turning data into clear, actionable strategies.

  • A proven track record of exceeding commercial targets and delivering results.

Whether you’re stepping up into your first management role or already have hotel revenue management experience under your belt, we’d love to hear from you.

Benefits

We’re growing fast and alongside a fun and friendly environment, we offer a fabulous package and amazing prospects – ideal if you’re already fantastic and want to become even better (our magic can help here).
