We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and forward-thinking Finance Process Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering our Group-wide Finance Transformation Programme. As a key member of our Transformation team, you’ll lead initiatives that optimise and futureproof the way our finance function operates – identifying opportunities, creating innovative solutions and embedding sustainable change. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive meaningful impact that enhances operational performance and strengthens financial control.

Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).

• Proven experience delivering finance process improvement and transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of process optimisation, with Lean / Six Sigma knowledge an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• A proactive, can-do approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Experience working in a global matrixed environment and navigating cross-functional dynamics.

• Comfortable driving change at pace and managing complexity with resilience and focus
