This role plays a key part in supporting business performance through insightful financial analysis and strategic collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders—including attraction teams, marketing, and revenue management. You’ll work across both central and regional teams to help shape admissions revenue strategy and provide clarity on business performance and future planning.

  • Analysis & Planning: Deliver budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling to inform revenue performance and strategic plans.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with revenue management, marketing and attraction teams to guide pricing, investment decisions, and financial planning.
  • Operational Rhythm: Lead operational planning activities and financial reviews to optimise trading performance and help shape future strategies.
  • Insight & Reporting: Provide high-quality reporting and analysis on key performance drivers, identifying opportunities and supporting decision-makers with actionable insights.
  • Process Improvement: Seek out opportunities to enhance efficiency, automate processes, and improve the quality and consistency of financial reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally with exposure to admissions, marketing, or revenue management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills, with knowledge of systems such as SAP, Oracle or Workday desirable.
  • A proactive, commercially minded individual with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
