Frontline Lead

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7

Contract Type: Permanent, Hourly paid

 

 

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Frontline Lead to join our AWESOME Operations Team!

 

 

Our team of Frontline Leads work out on the resort with our guests and our team of guest-facing employees every day. Our frontline leads are responsible for leading a team of frontline hosts, delivering operational excellence and the highest possible standards of guest interactions. Our frontline leads will work across multiple sub-departments within our operational structure, which gives the right candidate an amazing opportunity to learn transferrable skills which within Rides & Attractions, Retail, Ground Operations, Admissions, Adventure Golf, as well as other specialist areas

 

 

As a visible and accessible leader, the frontline lead will deliver training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve and support your team, work closely with your line manager to deliver operational efficiencies and drive compliance with all heath and safety legislation, both external and internal Merlin policies and procedures.

 

 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about guest service ensuring our guests have a positive experience, and as the first point of contact for escalated face to face guest feedback you’ll have a proactive approach to the delivery of appropriate and courteous resolutions in alignment with the individual guest experience and our company recovery matrix.

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in customer or guest facing role is essential, ideally within a theme park setting
  • You’ll have a passion for exceptional guest service
  • The ideal candidate will be naturally approachable, motivational and have a hands-on approach to nourishing a coaching culture
  • You will be an advocate for teamwork, multi-functional training and celebrating your star performers!
  • Of course you will lead by example, with a proactive approach to creating memorable moments for our guests, while ensuring compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Frontline Lead to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
