Join Merlin Entertainments – the name behind LEGOLAND®, SEA LIFE, Madame Tussauds, and more – as we deliver a major Finance Transformation Programme. We’re on the lookout for a Finance Process Specialist to help drive meaningful change across our global finance operations on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving processes across the full finance function – from Procure-to-Pay through to Business Partnering. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support system and process testing, and help embed new ways of working through clear communication, training, and hands-on support.

Based at our Finance Hub in Basingstoke, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact across a global business.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive and support the implementation of improved finance processes across multiple workstreams

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure changes meet operational needs and are adopted smoothly

• Support testing, training, and rollout of new systems and ways of working

• Track progress, measure impact, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

• Experience delivering finance process improvement initiatives

• Strong system skills (ideally NetSuite) and advanced Excel

• Fast learner with excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicator, able to present complex information clearly

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing change

• Open to occasional travel and flexible working across time zones
