Facilities Maintenance Technician – Water Quality Level 2

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: 40 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (shift patterns will be discussed at interview)

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Facilities Maintenance Technician – Water Quality Level 2 to join our AWESOME Facilities Team!

We are looking for motivated individuals, whose primary responsibility is to keep our Resort operating safely and at the peak of efficiency throughout our operational calendar year. The Facilities Maintenance Technician – Water Quality Level 2 is a hands-on role, looking after all Water Quality related areas and tasks within the resort. This can include, but is not limited to, reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance tasks across all areas of the park, our three accommodations, and our LEGOLAND Adventure Golf attraction.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician – Water Quality Level 2 will carry out all daily water checks in accordance with PWTAG, alongside ensuring compliance with HSG-274 and all internal health and safety policies and procedures.

In joining the Facilities Department at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, you will be part of a team who work to high standards, take great pride in their work, and always ensure compliance with current legislation and company policies.

• Experience of working in a facilities/maintenance environment or a pool/water environment, with a keen interest in Water Quality or pool plant works is essential
• You will have an understanding and hands on experience of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance
• Ability to work using your own initiative, displaying sound decision-making skills; whilst also being able to thrive in a team environment
• A full UK driving licence is preferred
• This is a physical, hands-on role so you must be comfortable with walking long distances, manual handling and heavy lifting

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician – Water Quality Level 2 to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
