Hotel Nights Team Leader
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: 7pm – 7am night shifts, with 4-on, 4-off shift pattern
Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2025
Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Hotel Nights Team Leader to join our AWESOME Hotel Front of House Nights Team!
You will lead a team of Front of House Assistants throughout the night shift, making sure our overnight guests are happy and safe in their accommodations, any guest feedback is responded to promptly and professionally, and other members of the Hotel night team are kept informed throughout their shift of duty updates.
As a motivator and leader, you will develop your team to deliver the best possible guest interactions, encourage them to become expert knowledge holders and empower them to exceed our guest KPI targets. Our Hotel Nights team play a key part in the magic of an overnight stay at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, always striving to exceed guest expectations and ensure everyone checks out with awesome memories!
Please note, internally this role is known as Accommodation Night Lead.
About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Hotel Nights Team Leader to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
