Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7. Covering hours between 7:45am – 8:00pm on a rotational basis

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Operations Planner to join our AWESOME Planning & Resource Team!

Our awesome Planning & Resource Team look after rostering for our resort Guest Experience Hosts, ensuring we are well staffed and adhering to our variable wage budgets. This small, but mighty, team identify resourcing challenges and pro-actively work to maintain business continuity as subject matter experts in their relevant operational area.

Working alongside the Senior Planning Manager you will promote and encourage multi-skilling opportunities across the resort, as well as tracking and analysing data, improving variable labour efficiencies, and supporting the resort with maximising revenue opportunities directly impacted by the variable labour budgets. You’ll receive and review sickness and absence information, working proactively to solve any knock-on operational challenges. You will consolidate and prepare hours reports in line with our central finance function to ensure our variable payroll is accurate.

Please note, internally this role is known as Operations Planner

• Proficient in MS Office suite and previous experience with planning / rostering software is essential
• Previous experience running high volume payroll for hourly paid team members is advantageous
• A confident communicator with colleagues, managers and senior leaders
• Is capable of lone working and managing your time effectively (you will not be expected to work alone until all training has been provided)
• Appropriately receive and respond to confidential information regarding staffing, employee welfare, labour budgets and employee relations

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Planner to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
