Entertainment Performer

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, hours between 7:00am – 9:00pm on a rotational basis

Contract Type: Seasonal, until winter 2025

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Entertainment Performers to join our AWESOME Entertainment Team!

Our Entertainment Performers (known in house as “ALLSTARS”) will deliver various aspects of performance across the resort. From scripted Hotel performances on our family friendly stages in the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel and the Woodland Village, to interactive costume character sets across the resort, our ALLSTARS truly add memorable moments to enhance our guests visits with us.  

As an Entertainment ALLSTAR performer you will deliver the highest quality of guest interactions, always seeking moments to elevate our guest experience. You’ll have a big personality with excellent people skills and, of course, be polite, courteous and professional when interacting with colleague in back of house areas across the resort.

• Experience within a performance environment or entertainment background is preferred
• Successful candidates should be comfortable with learning a variety of scripts within a short timeframe
• You must have high energy and be a brand ambassador for our resort Entertainment offerings
• Comfortable to perform costume character interactions, ensuring character integrity and health & safety standards of the highest level
• Character performer maximum height 5”5

• Pay of £8.00 - £12.35 per hour (age related)

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for Entertainment Performers to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
