Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, early & late shifts on a rostered rotation

Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Hotel Leisure Frontline Lead to join our AWESOME Accommodations Team!

The Hotel Leisure Frontline Lead will supervise a team of lifeguards, ensuring health and safety compliance, guest satisfaction, pool efficiency and cleanliness standards of the highest quality. You will be a leader that is passionate about guest experience, utilising your previous experience to continuously improve our guest KPIs, maximise operational efficiency of the pool and leisure area and consistently exceed our guests’ expectations.

You will lead by example when interacting with guests, be the first point of contact for any guest escalations, train and coach your team of Lifeguards ensuring you’re celebrating success and conducting training sessions as necessary.

• A valid NPLQ is essential
• Previous experience working in a theme park swimming pool or large leisure centre setting is essential
• Ideally you will have previously worked as a team leader or shift leader in a swimming pool, leisure centre or theme park
• Strong understanding of risk assessments & health and safety compliance
• You will be motivational, positive and have high standards of customer service

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Hotel Leisure Front Line Lead to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
