Security & Incident Supervisor
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays)

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Security & Incident Supervisor to join our AWESOME Security Operations Team!
As the Security & Incident Supervisor you will look after both our guests and our staff, ensuring everyone is having a safe and pleasant day. You will be leading by example as you coach and guide our team of Security Officers, Hosts and First Aiders, enforcing company procedures and policies in accordance with health and safety legislation.
As an experienced Security professional, you will utilise your previous experience to own and enhance all security compliance, oversee the operation of all CCTV, fire alarm and park radio systems and foster a culture of inclusion, consistency and professionalism within your team. Of course you will also respond to incidents in a timely manner, remaining calm and following procedure to ensure an appropriate resolution.
Our Security and First Aid Team play a key part in our guest and staff experience of their visit with us, ensuring they feel safe, looked after and secure at all times on resort, and the Security & Incident Supervisor will champion this team’s commitment to guest and staff experience.
About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Security & Incident Supervisor to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
