We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Global Record to Report (R2R) team in Basingstoke.

This role is key to ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting across our international entities, while helping to maintain robust financial controls and support process improvements. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with stakeholders across the Finance Hub and wider business to deliver high-quality financial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting in line with the Finance Hub timetable

• Take responsibility for balance sheet reconciliations and supervise accounting activity across multiple legal entities

• Support the preparation of audited financial statements and maintain proper accounting records

• Act as a key point of contact for finance queries from across the business

• Lead or support process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency within R2R

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded

• Step in for senior accountants and supervise direct reports where required

• Champion operational excellence by actively identifying opportunities for improvement in systems and processes

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant

• Strong understanding of R2R and shared service centre processes

• Proven experience in month-end close, financial analysis, and balance sheet accountability

• Confident communicator and collaborator, able to work across multiple functions

• Proactive, curious, and solutions-focused, with a track record of driving improvements

• Comfortable supervising others and contributing to people development

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under pressure
