Innovations Technician
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)
Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid
Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Innovations Technician to join our AWESOME Innovations Team!
Our mighty Innovations Team work across LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, taking ownership of AV aspects within our theme park and overnight accommodations!
The Innovations Technicians are responsible for ensuring park-wide audio, CCTV, digital signage, AV and Show Control aspects of rides and attractions are kept in full working order with planned preventative and reactive maintenance carried out when needed.
Some of the daily duties of an Innovations Technician include, but are not limited to, monitoring and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the audio-visual and show control aspects of all Resort Attractions, participating in the maintenance (planned and reactive) of all relevant AV equipment, undertaking the Innovations Duty Technician role on a rotational basis (being the first point of call for other departments across the resort for technical queries or escalated issues) and providing CCTV when requested according to GDPR regulations.

We are looking for an Innovations Technician to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
