Early Morning Cleaning Team Leader

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 (immediate start), 6am – 3pm

Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Early Morning Cleaning Team Leader to join our AWESOME Back of House Ground Operations Team!

The Early Morning Cleaning Team Leader is responsible for looking after our back of house ground operations team, who maintain cleanliness and health & safety compliance across the resort. This role is a key factor in the success of our back of house team, ensuring they have the support and equipment they require to deliver the highest possible standards of cleanliness.

As an experienced team leader you will coach and guide your team, conducting spot checks, one to ones and distribution of tasks, always identifying areas of improvement and efficiency across your zone of responsibility.

• Travel arrangements for a 6am start time
• Proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader capacity
• Demonstrated knowledge of various cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals
• Strong leadership, motivational, and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for an Early Morning Cleaning Team Leader to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
